General conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website www.storline.com (the “WEBSITE”), owned by STOR, S.L., registered address: Paseo General Martínez Campos, nº 53, 28010 – Madrid, Spain; VAT ID B-28256873; Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 2966, Page 62, Sheet M-50861; phone +34 911 213 450; email info@storline.com.
To place orders via the WEBSITE you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By placing an order, the User accepts these Terms at checkout.
The purchase flow includes: product selection, cart review, account creation/login, shipping address selection, acceptance of these Terms, payment method selection and order confirmation. The User will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT and other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be shown before order confirmation.
Promotions/discounts will be clearly displayed together with applicable conditions.
STOR may update prices at any time; however, the price applicable is the one shown at checkout (save for typographical error).
Payments may be made by Visa/Mastercard or PayPal. Payments are processed via secure PCI-DSS certified gateways. STOR does not store payment details.
In case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, the User must notify info@storline.com as soon as possible.
STOR ships to the countries specified on the WEBSITE.
The maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure.
Estimated delivery times: 24–48 hours for national shipments; 2–5 business days for international shipments.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the User when the User (or a third party indicated by the User) physically receives the products.
If STOR cannot deliver within the stated period, the User may terminate the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days.
STOR’s obligations
- Deliver products under the agreed conditions and timelines.
- Provide the necessary documentation to the Buyer.
- Comply with applicable law and these Terms.
Buyer’s obligations
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Pay the price in due time and form.
- Assume the consequences of providing incorrect or false data.
The User has a 14-day calendar period from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us via email at info@storline.com or by post to STOR’s address.
Effects of withdrawal
- STOR will refund all payments received, including the standard initial delivery costs (excluding any extra costs for express/special delivery chosen by the User).
- Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods or proof of return.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the User, unless the product is defective, wrongly shipped or damaged during transport.
Exceptions (Art. 103 Spanish Consumers Act)
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, pursuant to Spanish law (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021). For second-hand goods, the period may be agreed but never less than 1 year.
Consumer remedies
- Repair of the product; or
- Replacement with a new one, unless one option is impossible or disproportionate.
If repair or replacement fails to bring the product into conformity, the User may request a price reduction or terminate the contract and obtain a refund.
Terms
- The User may claim within 3 years from delivery.
- During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse, negligence or unauthorized handling.
STOR shall be liable only for direct and foreseeable damages arising from a contractual breach attributable to STOR. STOR shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from improper use of the product, without prejudice to the User’s mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
The User may terminate the contract in case of a material breach by STOR (e.g., non-delivery, unremedied defects). STOR may terminate the contract in case of non-payment or material breach by the User.
STOR may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments apply from publication on the WEBSITE and do not affect completed purchases.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the User’s domicile. Otherwise, the courts of Madrid (Spain) shall have jurisdiction.
