Below you can see the rates and delivery times for our shipments:
Spain
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 3,99€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 24-72 working hours from the reception of the same, depending on the destination locality, being the majority of them less than 48h. working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 25€, the shipment will be free of charge.
Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 4,50€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
In the cases of Ceuta and Melilla, the order may carry associated customs costs, for which the buyer will be responsible upon receipt of the shipment
Orders will have a delivery time of 7 working days from the receipt of them.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 29€, the shipment will be free of charge

Canary Islands

The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 4,50€, regardless of the number of items ordered.

France, Germany, Monaco
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 10€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 4-7 working days from the reception of the same, depending on the destination location, being the majority of them less than 5 working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 35€, the shipment will be free of charge.
Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 11€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 4-7 working days from the reception of the same, depending on the destination location, being the majority of them less than 5 working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 40€, the shipment will be free of charge.
Denmark, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ukraine
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 14.5€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 4-7 working days from the reception of the same, depending on the destination location, being the majority of them less than 5 working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 55€, the shipment will be free of charge.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 21€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 4-7 working days from the reception of the same, depending on the destination location, being the majority of them less than 5 working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 200€, the shipment will be free of charge.
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Cyprus, Malta
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of 39€, regardless of the number of items ordered.
The orders will have a delivery time of 4-7 working days from the reception of the same, depending on the destination location, being the majority of them less than 5 working days.
If the total amount of the order exceeds 200€, the shipment will be free of charge.
2. Delivery issues
We will send you a confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If the carrier is unable to deliver, they will make several attempts and contact you.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated absences, you may request reshipment (with new shipping costs at your expense) or a refund (minus the logistics costs of both outbound and return shipping).
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, without having to give any reason.
How to exercise it
Write to us at info@storline.com stating your order number, the items to be returned, and optionally the reason.
We will provide instructions and the return address.
Send the products in their original packaging and condition, including labels, accessories, and a copy of the delivery note.
Costs

If the withdrawal is voluntary:
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We will refund the price of the items plus the cost of the standard outbound shipping (if you paid for express shipping, the supplement is not refunded). -
If the product is defective, arrived damaged, or we made a mistake:
STOR will cover all return and reshipment costs or, if you prefer, issue a full refund.
Refunds
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your decision, although we may withhold it until we receive the items or proof of return.
We will use the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or made-to-measure products.

Sealed items that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
-
Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
4. Legal warranty (3 years)
All our products are covered by the 3-year legal warranty against lack of conformity, in accordance with Royal Decree-law 7/2021.
If a product is not compliant, you may choose between repair or replacement. If this is not feasible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use or damage caused by improper handling.
5. Products damaged in transit or incorrect order
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@storline.com, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
6. Withdrawal form (model)
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us directly at info@storline.com stating your order number and the items to be returned.
If you prefer, you can also use our Withdrawal Form (PDF) [download here], although its use is not mandatory.
