WHOLESALE / B2B CONDITIONS
1. Minimum Orders
We do not require a minimum order amount for wholesale purchases.
You can order the references and quantities you need, provided stock is available at the time of purchase.
👉 Please note: for packaging and logistics reasons, some products may have a minimum number of units per reference or must be ordered in specific multiples. This will be indicated on each product page.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We ship to various destinations in Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Islands, overseas territories or areas not listed: we do not provide direct shipping. The customer must arrange collection at our warehouse with their own carrier.

Customs duties, tariffs or local taxes: if applicable, these are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt of the order.
- The orders will have a preparation time in our warehouse of 24-72 working hours from receipt of payment and, depending on the destination location, the delivery time will be around 24-72 working hours.
- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 30€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 300€, the shipment will be free of charge.
- The orders will have a preparation time in our warehouse of 24-72 working hours from receipt of payment and, depending on the destination location, the delivery time will be around 5-7 working days.
- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 40€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 400€, the shipment will be free of charge.
- The orders will have a preparation time in our warehouse of 24-72 working hours from receipt of payment and, depending on the destination location, the delivery time will be around 5-7 working days.
- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 60€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 600€, the shipment will be free of charge.
- In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the order may have associated customs cost, for which the buyer will be responsible upon receipt of the shipment.

- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 90€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 1100€, the shipment will be free of charge.
- For shipments to the United Kingdom, 50€ will be charged in all cases, for customs clearance and the customer will be responsible for any charges and taxes established in the country in the delivery of the order.

- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 90€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 700€, the shipment will be free of charge.
- The orders will have a preparation time in our warehouse of 24-72 working hours from receipt of payment and, depending on the destination location, the delivery time will be around 7 working days.
- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 90€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 800€, the shipment will be free of charge.

- The cost of shipping will be a flat rate of 90€, regardless of the quantity of items ordered.
- If the total amount of the shipment exceeds 1100€, the shipment will be free of charge.

If you already have special payment terms agreed with us, please select “Bank Transfer” when placing your order. Once we receive it, we will apply your specific terms.
🔒 Retention of title: Goods remain the property of STOR until full payment has been made (Art. 10, Law 28/1998).
⏳ Late payment: According to Law 3/2004, overdue amounts will accrue statutory late payment interest and, if applicable, collection costs.
📄 Intra-community invoicing: If you have a valid VAT number in the VIES system, reverse charge applies (invoice without VAT). Otherwise, Spanish VAT will be charged.
4. Returns
For B2B transactions, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. We only accept returns in the following cases:
4.1 STOR error or defective product

Notify us within 7 days of receipt: ecommerce@storline.com (include photos and details).

After review, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions.

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with replacement or credit, as appropriate.
4.2 Courtesy commercial return (not mandatory)
If we exceptionally accept it (with prior written authorization):

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be new, unused, complete, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Not applicable to personalized products or special orders.
⚠️ Returns without an RMA or outside the deadline may be refused or incur additional handling fees.
5. Preparation Times, Failed Deliveries and Refusals
Standard preparation time: 24–72 business hours (depending on order size and availability).
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or refusal, you may choose:

Reshipment (new shipping cost charged to you), or

Refund minus outbound and return logistics costs.
6. B2B Commercial Warranty
B2B sales are governed by contractual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, STOR provides a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, incorrect installation or use, unauthorized handling, or damage after delivery.
To process a warranty claim, request an RMA at ecommerce@storline.com.
👉 STOR provides a 12-month warranty to its professional customers against manufacturing defects. The professional buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the legal warranty rights of end consumers in their own sales.
7. Customer Carrier Collections
If the customer arranges collection (EXW STOR warehouse), risk transfers at the time of loading onto the carrier designated by the customer.
Loading hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00. Prior appointment and order number required.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
In B2B transactions, both parties submit to Spanish law and the Courts of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
